- KRKim RednourMar 25, 20261.0Ordered a pick 2 this morning for delivery. NO WHERE AT ANY POINT DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS DID THE WEBSITE STATE THAT DOORDASH WOULD BE MAKING THE DELIVERY. The driver calls me to let me know that the address that DoorDash was given by Panera was in an entirely different city than the one I put on my order. I called the store and after being put on hold for an unnecessarily long time. The general manager, Michelle gets on the phone to tell me that because DoorDash already picked up the order, there was absolutely nothing on this earth that she could do. After politely asking, if I could just Have the order remade and come pick it up (mind you I eat there multiple times a week). She tells me “due to food costs, I cannot remake even a $20 order. I’m not allowed”… I’m sorry a company that made 6.1 BILLION DOLLARS IN PROFIT LAST YEAR cannot replace a $20 order? I get she wants her year end bonus. But BE FORREAL! Then I ask for The regional‘s name. She says that she can’t provide that, and can only provide me a phone number to corporate. Which just rings and rings and rings. MICHELLE AND THE MYSTERY REGIONAL MANAGER SHES NOT ALLOWED TO NAME NEED TO FIND NEW JOBS!
