  This was by far the best mcdonald's.I've been to in a long time.Everything was done to my liking and perfection service was very friendly.I would go out of my way to go there again.Why can't all mcdonald's be like this

  Only drive-thru after 9 PM; slow action on drive-thru process (from speaker to delivery at window); heightened need to check order (missing items) and/or sample food (no seasoning); very clean outdoor maintenance

  Had an issue with an undercooked burger. Messaged in app. Owner only replaced the order. The proper thing to do is replace with two meals. How does replacing the meal make up for the inconvenience? Do better.

  Terrible service. I waited 20 minutes for table delivery that never came and when I pressed for my food they revealed they hadn't bothered to serve it and then gave it to me cold. I escalated to the manager who was defensive and unapologetic blaming my use of the apps table delivery option for my long wait and cold food. It's not like this is a hidden feature either, literally every table has instructions printed on it saying this is the preferred ordering method and the staff will bring it to the table. Also, there was nobody else in the seating area, so it's not like there was ambiguity or high traffic either.
