Today I was told it would be 3 minutes on a crispy chicken sandwich and I ended up waiting a total of 10 minutes before going inside and getting my food that was indeed just sitting on the counter 😳 I will no longer be pulling up so your time looks good. If it takes 10 minutes to make a sandwich you will get that on your drive thru score. Sorry not sorry actually.

My single had two cheese slices and what seemed to be a whole salad on top of the burger--that's how much topping I got. DELICIOUS. And filling as well. My son, w ho works in the food industry, and frequents Wendy's, said his double cheeseburger was the best he's ever had from Wendy's. The fries were super hot too! Thanks crew at Wendy's! You're doing it all the right way.

Watching people stand around not even trying to put our order together even though we can see there is food prepared for our order. We also got 2 sandwiches and 1 fry. Unsure why it takes over 10 mins to put that together.
