  Waited a long while at counter for anyone to acknowledge me. Also employees seemed very spacey, checked out and had not so pleasant attitudes.....also I haven't ordered any type of fast food in quite some time so I was in shock at the steep increase in prices!! I know it isn't just taco bell, it is absolutely everywhere raising prices, not even limited to fast food but also groceries and fine dining as well. I have a "usual" order that I always get from taco bell and I remember it being between $10 to $14 depending on modifications, today it was $24 for the same order.

  Went to try to get breakfast and no one answered even though it says its open and I can clearly see a worker there

  I love this Taco Bell sm, I was so used to going to the Strongsville Taco Bell which is absolutely terrible but ever since I stopped by this one I no longer go to Strongsville. Food always comes out great and staff is pleasant

  I have been a long time enjoyer if Taco Bell, but this last order put a really sour taste in my mouth. I placed my order ahead of time in the app because I had errands to run and have chronic low blood sugar, so I have to eat every so often or I start fainting. I could have made myself breakfast, I had the time, but thought I might enjoy some of Taco Bells breakfast since I don't get it often and it's on the way. Well, I pull up to the window to get my order, and this short chubby woman comes up and says "I just made a couple of big orders breakfast and don't feel like making your order. We can either refund you or make something else." I didn't have time to wait for something else, so I opted for the refund. However, the more I think about this, the more unacceptable I find this. I arrived within breakfast hours, and they refused to make my food. If I cannot trust them to do their job, why should I order from this establishment?
