Nothing but problems, ordered the cake 5 days before I needed it, they didn’t make contact till 2 days before I needed it saying a HALF SHEET of cake was too small for the design, and the next day (a day before I needed it) called and said they didn’t have the pieces to make the cake. Just received the cake and it’s no where near a HALF SHEET of cake, received a tiny cake not even near an average size cake, no where near feeds “8-12” people, horrible communication, horrible service, horrible experience, called again to see what “size” their half sheet of icecream cake was and i was told 8x12, and this cake is not even that it’s about a 4x6-7. I work at a pizza shop and know what a half sheet is, no where near one. Very disappointed, 10/10 do not recommend.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
