This location needs HELP. It is a very high traffic area so you have to adjust accordingly. I prefer 7Brew over any other location that is the only reason i gave my 2 cents. DON’T LET IT FAIL.

The biggest problem I’ve consistently had at over 5 different 7 brew locations, including this one, is they leave so much empty room in their drinks. For example today I ordered a 16oz hot latte and it was barely half way full. For paying $7 a drink this is absolutely ridiculous and seems like a way for 7 brew to cop out on operating costs. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances but after this last time, I’ll be skipping them from here on out until they can make a drink that fills the whole cup and gives you your moneys worth.

After we went back around. 3-4 cars entered the lane that we previously left and they took all of their orders. After waiting in the second lane, the young lady took all of their orders and skipped over us; even taking the cars that came after the rest of the orders. I was very excited to try this place because I hear that the coffee is wonderful.

The last 2 times I visited 7 Brew (Middleburg Hts and Parma) i've ordered my same latte only to be greeted at the building w/ a straw. since when is the default temperature for coffee cold/iced? i would think an iced coffee would be a "special" order... something the customer would request. if not requested wouldn't the assumption be that the customer wants a HOT coffee as it's been traditionally served for centuries? anyway, the girl at the building did ask the preppers to make mine hot (after an iced one was probably done), so that was great. anyway...
