  This is the worst location in history. Every time I get my food from here it takes over 2 hours and it’s always cold. And last few times the delivery driver didn’t even get out his car but still wanted me to tip. Like why should I even pay a delivery fee when it’s takes hours to even get an update. Placed order at 8:05 and it’s now 10. Sure call the store it says but been on hold for 36 minutes now to just cancel it but can’t even do that. Definitely avoid this place if your hungry and don’t even bother if you want it delivered that’s a bigger joke.

  Orders keep getting canceled without any notice. This is the worst place to order—if the site allows orders, they shouldn’t be canceled unexpectedly. People make plans based on these orders, and canceling without warning makes it impossible to plan.

  Have been trying to order from here since they opened today. On hold for 4th time currently as I'm writing this. The crazy part is there live shows there at there lowest for being busy right now. So there not busy AT ALL currently. And it show's that's live! But I can't order since noon? 🤦‍♀️Or even order online at 2:30 in the afternoon.. I'm about to call corporate for the 1st time ever.

  Primero pedí una pizza y no me lahicieron porke ya cerraban y me mandaron a al otra locación manejé otros minutos y llegando ahí me dijeron que ya iba a cierra cuando su horario era hasta la una 1 am entonces mi deserción porke cada que ordeno dejo propina e otras locaciones pero ahora me decepcionaron y aveces por flojera ya no trabajan Pero sino kieren trabajar dejen que otros trabajen y valen pa pura ver-Ganeta me cae me dejan sin cenar :: porquería de negocios porke ponen un horario y no lo respetan 🤬

  I wish I had read the reviews before ordering here, but I had a gift card so I figured I’d give this location a chance. That was a mistake. I placed an order at 2:00 PM for delivery scheduled at 5:30 PM. The order never arrived. Around 5:00 PM the tracker said a manager had my order, but after that there were no updates and no delivery. By 6:30 PM, after calling multiple times with no one answering the phone, I decided to drive to the store myself. When I got there, the lights were off and the doors were locked. Apparently the store had just decided to close… while still holding my order. I ended up calling the Domino’s in Parma, where an employee was kind enough to go into the system and cancel the order for me since this location couldn’t even be bothered to answer their phone. That employee was the only helpful part of this entire experience. Meanwhile, it was now an hour past the time I was supposed to feed my kids and we still had no dinner. If you’re thinking about ordering from this location, don’t. Save yourself the frustration. I’d rather throw away the $30 gift card than ever deal with this location again. I cant even rate the delivery, food, staff experience, etc. I am not awarding evem one star where less than zero is deserved.
