I always order mobile pickup, and the food is made relatively quickly and always tastes good. The value is pretty much unmatched, a couple bucks for a chicken sandwich or $5 for a whole meal. Restaurant is always clean and plenty of seating.

Unreasonable wait time with no cars in drive-thru and on top of that they forgot multiple items to the order. 3:00pm on a normal week day with little to no customers. Quality of food was terrible.

Service was horrible sat in the drive thru waiting to order for almost ten minutes, the person taking my order kept coming back saying just a few more minutes
When I finally got to order I pulled around to see the truck that just ordered before me still waiting at the window
The person working the drive thru window had to take the orders, make the food, cash out the customers, bag the food and hand it out the window
It should not take no 20 plus minutes to order a biggie bag for my 4 year old and then have to drive off and head to another location due to the service basically at a stand still for one customer at the drive thru window that had been there 20 minutes already
