  Gave us on straw for six drinks. Completely forgot half the order. Got half the order wrong. The way the workers behave is something you'd expect to see outside but not inside of a place of employment.

  A bunch of kids, no supervision, if they don't feel like making it, whatever they used to make particular item is broke down. It's been this way for over a year. Absolutely. The worst windies I've ever been to. It's worth driving to an entire different city.

  I visited this Wendy’s drive-thru and ordered two small Frostys, a junior bacon cheeseburger, and a small fry. I was given the Frostys at the window and asked to pull around to the door to wait for the rest of my order, which I understood. I waited about 10 minutes. When my food was brought out, the bag contained a junior bacon cheeseburger and a chicken nugget instead of the small fry I ordered. I went inside to let the staff know about the mistake. An employee removed the chicken nugget from my bag and placed it back under the heat lamp to be served to another customer. This was extremely concerning and unsanitary, especially since I had already reached into the bag expecting my fry. Mistakes happen, but re-serving food that has already been handed to a customer is unacceptable. This experience was disappointing and raises serious food safety concerns.

  OK, tell me why I come here about 9 o’clock haven’t eaten since lunch So me and my mom come get food I get a sandwich and we get fries to split and two Frosty’s and we have to wait 10 minutes and someone comes and brings it out and when we have the bag she puts her hand in a bag to grab some fries. There are chicken nuggets so she looks at her receipt and it says fries so she goes back in and the guy takes it grabs the chicken nuggets and puts it back on the shelf to sell after she put her hands in there I don’t know what was said, but I know she was mad and that’s kind of upsetting like be so for real. The service was kind of horrible, not even kind of really please get better workers Wendy’s please

  I just do not understand this place stays in business. I love Wendy's but every single time we order now its a problem. And you cant get anyone on their live chat. 4th order in a row something is always wrong. This time no chili on the chili cheese fries. Last time, forgot the nuggets. Time before wrong sandwiches. This is not thay complicated. Im done. Ive learned my lesson. I give up. I wont be a customer anymore. The customer service doesn't exist and im tired of not getting what I paid for.
