- KBKeagan BrechMar 8, 20263.0The staff was friendly(ish) and the service was pretty fast. My Bacon Cheeseburger was disappointing though. There was almost no flavor at all. The fries were good. I also don't like the atmosphere. The music was way too loud and extremely overstimulating.

I get home to eat my burger and opened up the wrapping to find not only the incorrect order.... BUT NO BURGER AT ALL...literally only the buns and condiments... no burger whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable and I want my money back. Order 66, Server Nancy D @ 5:38 PM 2/28/26 if that matters. I tried doing the "Contact Us" on their website and it failed to report.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
