  We’ve been to this Chipotle many times & usually like it. Last night was ridiculous! My husband’s burrito was almost all rice. My bowl was about 30% of the normal portion. I ordered with the app & didn’t add a tip there (but tipped cash at the register) - made me wonder if they did such a crappy job because they thought they weren’t going to get a tip (??). I tried to call but there’s no way to talk to someone (grrr!). The automated system directed me to a link in my confirmation email (grrr!). I tried the link but was supposed to respond to a chatbot with the options listed which didn’t allow me to address the problem (grrr!) I had to drive back to Chipotle where I showed the manager the bowl. She offered no apology or anything indicating she thought it was substandard. She remade my bowl which was good, but her attitude wasn’t great. Once back home, I tried 4 times to leave feedback. They only give 200 characters for feedback. Each time, it said there was a problem on their end & to try later (grrr!). When I opened my bowl, the little bit there was squished up on one end. I spread it out & then moved most back to the side for the photo. Not one bite was eaten - that’s all that was there!

  Came in just the other day with my grandbabies ❤️ the food and service was amazin!g the tall man with dark hair and glasses was quite kind and considerdate when taking our order! ☺️ thank you sir for your excellent service, sorry if my grand kiddos were a little loud 😂😂😂lol!😂

  This store was filthy. Tables were not cleared and there was food all over the floor and chairs in the main dining area. I saw a review from 3 weeks or so ago where a roach was found in the food. I wonder why?? Makes it difficult to want to come back to this location.

  This location struggles I haven’t gone to this one in a long time because of delays, running out of food and poor management. Tried it once more... the beans looked a bit gross and when I got my scoop of chicken it was half a scoop, I asked for a little bit more and they wanted to charge double meat. Little bit of corn little bit of cheese and gave me half of my side of guacamole. I just don’t get it, we are paying for the food it’s not the employees food! Give us what we ordered without the attitude! And is it true you can’t use multiple rewards? I’m just annoyed at this point and won’t be back.

  Waited in line for 40 minutes just to find out there was no rice or fajitas. As a vegetarian, Chipotle is very food friendly but not having those 2 ingredients take away the point of my meal. I didn’t end up getting anything and am just suggesting to stock up on the days of deals. Refusing to make more veggies not only causes a loss of customers but makes Chipotle a terrible experience.
