  Served beer to me without an ID. Brandon at the bar tonight on 12/6/25 and Andrea the GM came to take the beer and yell at me asking if she needs to fire her bartender. Im 39 years old. I have proof of my age. It didnt need to be this huge ordeal. Take the beer. I was just telling her that I was served without a “physical” ID. As im being yelled at by the GM Andrea about being told “no” and going to get a beer anyway. Well, it wasnt hard. But in what world do you yell at customers? Its all good. This place is crazy. Understaffed. The staff ALL talking about what a horrible place it is and how much they hate their job. Servers walking out in the middle of the shift. Its a joke I even have to write this. Absolutely ridiculous. And then yelling at us as we are leaving was the icing in the cake and decided to get the names of the unprofessional and unpleasant workers yelling at costumers. They obviously have a really bad with the “shoppers” coming in. Well you dont need to be a secret shopper to tell them what a terrible place they have. They had plenty of open seats but acted like they had the whole place full. Nope. Buyers beware!

  I’m not one to leave reviews and we’ve always liked coming to this location but tonight was the worst experience we’ve had. When we walked in we could tell they were somewhat busy and me and my friends all work in the serving industry so we understand if it takes a minute to come seat us. We waited for about 5 minutes before a lady came up to us and just told us to take a seat wherever we could find one. So we sat at the table that looked the least dirty. We waited maybe 10 minutes before someone came up to us to get our drinks and then rushed us to order for last call. We ordered our drinks and we assumed the server would come back to clean off the table but she never did so we just grabbed the wipes at the table and cleaned it ourselves. My friends boyfriend ordered a drink from the bar and it took a minute for it to come out so she asked the server if she knew when it would be out and she proceeded to answer her very rudely. My boyfriend put in another bar drink and even his came out before the drink she had supposedly already put in. Our server was a tall white lady with reddish hair but when our food came out a black lady told us she’d be taking over for her. We thought maybe she’d give us better service but it was the same. She told us she’d take off the margarita from the bill because the bartender wouldn’t make the drink anymore Which we thought was dumb since it was their fault we never got it. To top it all off when we got the checks we saw one price on the receipt and then got charged more when we actually cashed out like what?And they still proceeded to give us dirty looks all the way out the door like if we had done something wrong. 😑
