This Arby's uses an AI drive through agent that asks 5 different questions after your order is placed. And if that wasn't bad enough, it has to wait and "think" about each of your answers.
You have chosen to deliberately make the customer's drive through experience worse.
Won't be coming back.

Tonight went thru drive thru with automated ordering. Ordered a french dip and swiss sandwich and two cherry turnovers. Automated ordering asked if I would like the meal so I said ok. Usually few more bucks for meal. When I got up to window my order was 18.00 and change. Automated ordering never read order back to me. So when I got home with my order no fries in my bag and turnovers were apple not cherry.
Even though my sandwich was good, it wasnt worth 18.00 and change when I got no fries and the wrong turnovers.
Lesson learned check order before pulling away. Would have gone back but had already drove home before I checked order and it's a school night. uggg!!

Cheese cups were less than 10 percent filled. More bun than meat on ham and swiss sandwiches. Feeling pretty ripped off. Payed 30 bucks and could have bought the same amount of food at a grocery for about 10. Shameful...

5 stars for the employees who work the drive through. They are always friendly and easy to deal with. 3 stars because they have an automated ordering system for the drive through that gets my order wrong often
