  Hit or miss, the outside staff is excellent. The kitchen staff and management on the other hand is very hit or miss. Definitely do NOT visit if the kitchen feels overworked. The one manager will stick up for them not if they drop the ball once, but even twice. Reluctant to ever visit again.

  Food is as adequate as any BWs. Atmosphere, beer choices, and consistency throughout the stores are the reasons I keep coming back

  Chloe is awesome! My fries weren’t too fresh. She quickly acknowledged I wasn’t pleased. And she made sure I got fresh fries! I appreciate the urgency, acknowledgment and her apology.

  Most of the food tasted okay, but we got so few fried pickles that they cost us almost $1/slice. At other stores, we always need to consider getting a second container of the dip, but this time, we had plenty and even had some left over. I ordered the bacon patty melt, and whatever they used on the outside of the bread was completely flavorless, like maybe they used plain oil instead of butter or margarine. Had there been any salt shakers at the bar where we were sitting, I would probably have sprinkled some on. We go to B Dubs all over the place, and this is the only time we were ever disappointed with something we ordered.

  I’m n 3.17 I drove an hour to celebrate my son‘s birthday, which is a 21-year-old tradition. Not at this location, but our server her name was Jordan greeted us took our drink order and appetizers. Thankfully my son ordered an appetizer. That it came out in a very timely manner. We sat there for 41 minutes and I had said to him “I bet she forgot to put our order in“… Within two minutes, she came to the table to let us know that she accidentally threw our order away. Could we please give it to her again? She was very sorry. I completely understand this as I have been in the service industry. The food came out in a timely manner and she told us “ the manager will take care of your bill“. I’m sure that you can understand my surprise when I received the bill with a discount of $5.77! We were there to celebrate my son‘s birthday so I was not going to ask for a manager and embarrass my son. Do not tell guests that the manager is taking care of a bill and then hand them a bill with a 15% discount.
