  They were a little behind on the food, but they went out of their way to be nice about it. Honestly in most cases it isn't about being perfect, it's how you handle things when they go wrong...and they did very well. Nothing dramatic, just waiting while they caught up on a few orders, but they knew it was inconvenient and they cared. Nothing better can be said about a company.
