  It was nothing wrong with customer service, the pizza was overcooked. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza and the pizza was real thin and hard and The cheese was burnt. Like it was just light sauce and all crackers.

  If I could give them 0 starts I would, I placed an online order, called to modify something and the woman who answered the phone was absolutely rude about me asking for no dressing she said umm there is no dressing that comes on and I said light cheese and she said well it only comes with one piece of chesss so how light would u like it, when I have had there sub before and the cheese is pilled on, and then I asked to add light banana peppers and she said it doesn’t come with banana peppers and I said ok so charge me for them and I then asked to speak with a manager and she said no actually u can’t she isn’t available and then hung up on me I called back asked to speak to a manager she then handed the phone off to someone else and I was told that they are closing soon so there is no manager there when in my opinion that’s the most important time to have a manager. I then was called back by the manager from pizza huts number and told that she was called by her staff asked me what happened I told her and then was told she needed to cancel my order due to safety concerns for her staff. Absolutely awful service and obviously horrible management.
