  They will hang up on you if you question your receipt. Then put you on “hold” and actually just make fun of you for having questions. Tried to call back twice and no answer. Didn’t even get the drinks right, exactly why I had questions. One girls name is Hailey and the other girl is the manager working tonight 3/23 and she was a jerk.

  Twice i stopped here requesting coffee w/ 5 cream, 5 sugar. The first time coffee has no sugar and very little cream. So, the second time I requested 6 sugar/6 cream. Same result. They made me pull up, too, and after waiting was given an incomplete order. Took three trips to get everything including the wrong coffee. Ugh.

  Ordered 20 nuggets. They put 4 on the display. Asked for 20 a second time. Was told “you can pull around.” Again said I was asking for 20 nuggets. Was again told to “pull around.” Only paid for the 4 nuggets but had the order basically thrown at me. I get that customer service is a hard business, but I was polite, so just going to go to BK moving forward. They have nuggets there too.

  Where do I start? Ordered for table service on the app entered the table number say down and waited nearly 20 minutes. Meanwhile employees appear to be mostly standing around! Tables are left dirty napkins and self serve drink area is mostly empty and a disaster! Food still hasn't been brought to my table so I got up to the counter asking where's my order? Employee didn't seem to know anything about it so I ask for a manager! Manager comes over I tell her my table order hasn't been brought to table in nearly 20 minutes. She finds it sitting on the table where doordash orders are processed in a bag. So by now it's been a good 30 minutes at least that my food sat there in a bag Instead of being placed on a tray and brought to my table. My tent number was 27 if that helps you with finding out what happened?? Mornings are usually pretty good at this location however afternoons and weekends are terrible customer service these newer employees I've seen here mostly just stand around doing nothing like they are clueless on what needs to be done! It's terrible!!!

  Did not get any part of the order right and when called out on in, asked if we wanted the rest of our order. Well, yeah, you made us pay for it. Management does not care. Acts like it's an inconvenience to talk with you. Stay away
