When staff did appear from the back, they turned around when seeing us. Which was just plain rude. We stood at the counter for 10+ minutes just waiting for our order to be taken until someone spotted us up front and alerted the rest of the shift. Everyone on shift emerged from the back (5 people). The girl who took our order seemed annoyed that we were there. Post our order being delivered to our table, my sandwich was incorrect, so my boyfriend had to yell to the back to ask for some mayonnaise. I told him it was fine and it didn’t matter. Eventually someone came up front and we could ask for a side. I’ve never once had an issue with this location, it just is really disappointing. We won’t be back.
