  I was door dashing not too long ago and went into pick up the order and was informed it was just an order for just a side of Diablo sauce. The man working was really nice, he informed me that there has been a trend going around where people are ordering only that and when the driver goes to drop off of the order, they get jumped and their car stolen. I took the order and the address, filed a police report and it was discovered the address that the order was sent to was in fact a prank/spam order, that was probably the intention. There was a car that was seen driving away from the area with 2 people in it that didn’t belong there. They have excellent customer service and the fact they look out for others will not go unnoticed. I hope he gets acknowledged at work for that.

  For being a relatively new Taco Bell with a fancy new building, the actual experience here is sub-par, even for Taco Bell. The drive thru was backed up, and not due to a flood of cars, just slow execution. It took a long time to be helped, and then a long time to get our order. The food was haphazardly tossed in the bag, and the food itself was a bit worse than the Taco Bell average. It's still an acceptable place to grab food late at night, because not a whole lot else is open, but this is not a great Taco Bell.

  Mean and unhelpful to doordashers. I was impacted by this store by waiting 10 minutes for an order I was assigned and they finally got to me and said it wasn’t in their system or they *think* they saw the name and it may have already been picked up and then walked away saying they refused to make it. I had nothing but an order to pick up and got my own job performance impacted by them.

  I just ordered from here, haven't had food from a taco bell in years but for some reason my husband wanted some. So we order a few things through uber eats and when it arrived right away we noticed we didn't get 3 whole items we paid for then I grabbed a cinna stick and bit in......I tasted like it was cooked in decade old grease it made my tongue feel gross and I was gagging. The items we did get we either made with the wrong ingredients requested and paid for. The "it could be anything" meat on my crunchwrap was supposed to be chicken but some of it was black and all if the meat was extremely dry and hard like it had been sat out for days. There meat is so low grade an bad enough as it is, you throw in dumb lazy employees and you get a waste of space and resources. So, yeah, Didn't eat anything. What a disaster it was like literally taking $30 and lighting it on fire. Definitely a lesson learned. Taco bell still and will always be disgusting.
