They don’t wash they hands from the register straight to the food don’t use no gloves no customer service skills. Don’t give you no napkins for your food just nasty will not catch me here. pizza was dry. The men that work here is nasty.

I ordered my food. Half of it was cold , it was 25 minutes late. The cinnamon bread was missing. I tried to call set on the phone for 10 minutes then was put on hold after asking for a manager sat and waited for 20 minutes. I gave up. I was extremely disappointed.

What a joke of an experience. Ordered for a timed pickup at 4pm for 5:15. Pull up to the drive thru window only to be told they can’t find my order and I just have sent it to a different store, then I was rudely told to move on. I called my husband and he sent me all the confirmations, I got back in the drive thru line and waited. Came up to the window with the confirmation for that store at that time. The order was already pre paid for. They still couldn’t find it, and said sorry there is nothing we can do. I said that’s fine, I just wanted my money back. Finally a manager came over and searched for the order and found it. The order wasn’t even close to being made. The order I had ordered at 4 for a 5:15 pickup wouldn’t be ready for another 90 minutes. I asked for them to cancel the order, and it has still not been returned to my card. Now I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company. What a joke. If you have too many orders, stop answering the phone to take them. Adjust the app to tell people that it is a 2 hour wait and not 20 minutes. If you can’t adjust to changes in the business volume, get out of the business.

I ordered food for delivery. Got the food on time and hot. But I was missing one of the sides. I tried calling the store and it redirected me to a 3rd party that claimed they were transferring to the store. The call was dropped or I was hung up on. I called back and the call center told me to call back in 10 minutes. I am so annoyed. Did not get my food or my money back. Very upset
