confusing drive thru entrance, order online to figure out after a 20min. drive they don't have what I'm looking for, 5 minute wait to just be talked to.

Used delivery since I just foot out of the hospital. Instead of the two pick two’s I ordered, I received three au jus cups and a side of Mac and cheese. I tried calling the store and they told me I was wrong and couldn’t do anything for me.
