This location is messy, very bright inside , our soups were not hot & i ordered a blueberry muffin at the kiosk but they were apparently out of them. It was a struggle to get a refund and they won’t sell you tomorrow's bakery even though they were fresh and ready. They lost a sale and won’t ever come back to this location. The old Panera in willoughby was amazing but it was taken away. Dim the lights and focus on customer satisfaction and be sure your soups come served hot lol Oh and the water smells like mold so I didn’t drink it. I am pregnant so I could totally smell it
