Outback sent me a survey asking how my order went. I told them that I was surprised by the size of the salad. I remembered it being bigger. I was bringing it to a party at work and this was not going to be enough. The manager reached out to me to say he was sorry that I was not satisfied. He sent another platter of salad, bread and butter to my work in time for my party. That was so great of him. I truly appreciate him doing that for me. I highly recommend this restaurant and its staff.

I ordered a filet that looked EXACTLY like my husbands sirloin (which was undercooked).. The meat was almost impossible to cut with a steak knife and was so tough it couldn't be chewed. The asparagus was so wilted and stringy, it was terrible. The only positive was our server, who was friendly and attentive. Thing is...she never asked why we both left most of our meals on our plates. I think she knew.
