They can’t “pull up the order” they can see it, called me by name, but can press a button. So you have to reorder… so money comes out of acct and now have to pay cash and wait for money to get returned. Lady was rude about it. Then of course you can’t use app codes, bc of same problem. So not only do you have to pay again it’s also $5-6 more bc you can’t use rewards … scammy. Turn off the app if you’re “have probs all morning” easy fix. Food was good but I’d rather drive 10 mins to another location. 🤷🏻♀️
