We did, however, thank them and all we got was a rude mm hmm. The donuts themselves were stale and old. We estimated they had to be 3-4 days old based on the texture and stiffness of them. To think we actually paid for something like that, makes us sick. We'll never be back to this location.

Then I asked for the number and was told “ Legally, we cannot call for the customer” in this case legally means we don’t want to help. Will be calling customer support and will not be going back.

Was unable to go back since I had to get to work so I called to see if I was able to pick up the missing items later or get a refund. The girl on the phone just hung up on me. I attempted to call back twice to which they declined my calls. Not a good way of doing business
