    Visited Dunkin’ Mentor Ave (near Johnnycake Ridge) and had a fun quick stop for coffee and donuts. The coffee was classic Dunkin’—smooth and reliable, perfect for a morning pick‑me‑up. I also grabbed a couple of donuts, and while they weren’t the freshest artisanal treats, they hit the spot with familiar flavors you expect from the brand. The staff was friendly and the drive‑thru was quick, which is great when you’re on the go. Some items could be a bit more fresh or flavorful on a busy morning, but overall it’s a solid place for coffee and breakfast snacks in the area.  Highly recommended for a casual coffee run or donut stop!

    My main complaint is with their mobile app. Numerous times I have order items that aren’t actually available in the store I’m going to. They never give refunds so I either have to pick a different thing or they sometimes offer to come back a different day which is such a hassle for everyone in my opinion. This time I ordered munchkins for my dog as a treat. I ordered the blueberry glazed on the app and when I went to pick it up they never even had any that day. They tried to give me chocolate after I explained that it’s for my dog and he can’t have chocolate. I asked for a refund and all they could offer me was I could come back the next day or get a donut I didn’t want which cost less than what I paid for the munchkin order…

    I used to love it here seriously, I’d go nearly every day. But I noticed in my refresher that there was mold floating in it. Hope they cleaned their taps since I called. They didn’t seem too worried about it.
