My mother ordered the cheese steak - couldn't find the cheese. The employees explained that for a 5in, it only gets 1/2 small slice of cheese. He was kind enough to provide another 1/2 small slice of cheese on the side. For the other two subs - small portions also on bread not so fresh. I think there is a disconnect between Rochester, NY and Mentor, OH for DiBella's franchise expansion.
