Every time I go to Chipotle now, there is something wrong. The rice is undercooked. The Carnitas is dry like it has been there all day. The Chicken has so much salt. And since I use the app, the store cannot help me. And online is all Ai which NEVER is helpful. I don't have time to keep driving around (so much for those carbon saved messages) every time I want to have mexican food prepared badly. I'm done with Chipotle.

1st person, a lady seems nice but has trouble hearing me as I am hearing impaired.
2nd person in middle was impatient and a little rude that after he did what I wanted and he threw the food I ordered and almost slid off the counter cause he didn't understand that I was hearing impaired that I needed to talk a little louder, I apologize but music was to loud.
3rd person was cashier and he was a nice fella and give him a handshake for I rate him 5 stars... food was good and give 4 stars.. Tks and have a God day

Order online only to have to wait half an hour at the drive thru and have half my order wrong. Despite the red chimichurri sauce costing a dollar extra, its been left out of the bag the last 3 times I ordered it. Ordered a burrito bowl and it was missing sour cream and instead got tomato salsa which I did not want.

Staff is extremely rude. They are also very unprofessional. They have a line full of people and decide they want to do online only. I’m sure like myself most people are there on a lunch break and we only get a certain amount of minutes so if we have to stop and then order online when do we have time to eat the food? Just ridiculous. I will not be back. Chipotle has gone down so much.

Wow, what a pathetic excuse for a Chipotle. I’ve come here twice, and both times I have just left because there’s 3 people in line and nothing is happening. Is the owner aware of this? You are losing money every single day and customers that will never come back to your store. I watched an older lady in front of me visibly upset leave the store also. You just lost $25-40 in 5 minutes because your store is a joke. Before I got in line, I went in the bathroom and I smelled an “electrical burnt” smell. And when people come through the door, the main line guy weeps and frowns and looks at the cashier like “omg more people.” Idk what is going on here but I can tell you I’ll never be back. This isn’t a chipotle. It’s a trap house.
