    I always order online through the Arby's app and it's always ready right on time. Wish they kept the lobby open until they closed though so I could always just come in instead of being forced to do drive through if it's the final hour to closing time. I get it though, they've gotta clean the lobby and don't want to be there all night long. That's my only real issue here, but otherwise perfectly good Arby's!

    The boy at the counter knew ALL about the new products, and he was so friendly!!! I'll be coming back here, because he was great! So nice to see staff that cares. That matters a lot to me.
