What happened to Arby’s? The food and inside seating was great years ago. Now, they leave the outside lights off in the evening to make people think they are closed at 5:30PM! I believe the staff try to do less work by making customers think they are closed. The food is not good at all. I just can’t go to Arby’s any longer. It is not just the Mentor location, it is all locations! Who is overseeing the pathetic food and service at Arby’s? They should just close all stores for good because it is obvious owners/managers just don’t care. The inside dining is non-existent. They lock the doors so no one can eat inside! Covid is no excuse now. Seems no one wants to clean the dining room. They should take lessons from Chick-Fil-A on good food and inside dining with great customer service. Just look at how Chick-Fil-A is always busy…they do it right and care!

Arrr, Arby’s be a fine port for any pirate seekin’ a hearty and savory feast! The roast beef sandwiches be piled high like treasure in the hold, the curly fries be crisp and golden as doubloons in the sun, and the sauces be bold enough to shiver a scallywag’s timbers. The crew be quick and friendly, servin’ yer meal hot and ready so ye can set sail again without delay. A solid stop for flavor and fillin’ fare! Had an awful experience through the drive-thru. was told to pull-up to the window to place my order. crew member was at the window talking to someone out of view. waited a good 3 minutes and finally beeped my horn, she looked at me and continued to talk. When she finally opened the window her words to me was" Excuse me, I'm talking to my crew" my response: That's nice, I have to get back to work and you told me to pull-up to place my order! She then said "What do you want- I'm talking to my crew and district manger" Gave her my order, with lots of deep breathes. She did comp my meal, but never ever said she was sorry.

Always liked Arby's roast beef sandwiches. Pair it with a jamocha shake! We only have two in our state so it's a treat to travel west and see them all over. I like that real people take your order rather than interacting with touch screens.
