- GWGrace WilloughbyDec 18, 20251.0Had an awful experience through the drive-thru. was told to pull-up to the window to place my order. crew member was at the window talking to someone out of view. waited a good 3 minutes and finally beeped my horn, she looked at me and continued to talk. When she finally opened the window her words to me was" Excuse me, I'm talking to my crew" my response: That's nice, I have to get back to work and you told me to pull-up to place my order! She then said "What do you want- I'm talking to my crew and district manger" Gave her my order, with lots of deep breathes. She did comp my meal, but never ever said she was sorry.
