  The manager Ryan is awful! He promised a refund several times and had not done so. He lied to a family member when asked about it. I have tried to speak to him directly person to person but he is never in. The restaurant will not give me his bosses name to contact him. This is not about the money it is about his horrible customer service.

  I traveled from Akron to this location with my family to grab a bite to eat on 3/27/26@2:05pm. I stood around and waited for 5 minutes and there was no one to 1st acknowledge us and they had about 5 tables that where occupied. They was little to no eye contact with us. We left and went to their competition next door. I’ve never left a restaurant for lack of customer service. Whoever worked that day… if you don’t like your job find something else to do!

  First time at this location. We sat at the bar and Carla took great care of us. Checked on us often but not too much. Sampler platter was great as well as the boneless wings. Tall drafts were on special and were cold. Was opening day for baseball so they had the game we wanted plus all the other.

  Everything was dirty.... The TVs at the table had food all over it. The bathroom had a layer of grease on the floor. Not to mention it was filthy. It was like walking on ice. Food took a hour to come out with limited customers. Food was mid at best. Definitely do not recommend. Seen this location has gone down hill unfortunately. We will never come back.
