  Our first time at Brueggers, and we ordered a vermonter and a farmhouse bagel sandwich. The Vermonter we paid for two eggs (like the picture on their site, an upcharge) and also subbed pepper cream cheese for the honey walnut. When we got the Vermonter, it had only one egg, and the wrong cream cheese on it. I immediately brought it back up to the counter, where the cashier seemed confused as to what to do. They ended up calling over a manager (?), who curtly asked what was wrong. I explained that the Sandwich wasn't what I ordered. She grabbed it without saying anything and proceeded to to pull it apart in front of me, checking to see how it was made. She ended up remaking it, handed it to me saying "it has two eggs now, they're just in one patty". Okay, fine, that's not what your website shows, but fine. She offered no apology or anything. The sandwich was fine. $9 and it looks nothing like the photo, even remade. The bagel was stodgy and untoasted. The French toast bagel in the photo is deep brown and looks crispy on top, mine was pale and had unmelted sugar all over it. I uploaded photos of what the sandwich is advertised as vs what I got.

  Hands down the best bagels and coffee in the Mentor, Ohio area. The manager Matt runs a tight ship. Incredible service and attention to detail! I go in and they remember my name and my food preferences. The shop is clean, is incredibly fast and has very respectable service. I literally can't think of any constructive criticism.. but one, why isn't Matt a district/area manager? I consult for a living and its crazy no one is tapping this skill set. Promote this man lol... he completely understands your product and core mission. Also for the negative reviewers...lol.. you need to self asses your lives. Get a hobby. You're obviously redirecting negative precipitating factors that trigger you to attack good people who are only doing their job. These individuals that work in this location are kind, hardworking wonderful people that make an outstanding produce that makes my life better. That's literally the bullseye of a small business and a personal core value I hold dear. We are all in this together and a business that projects this kind of positive energy makes lives better.
