I recently visited BIBIBOP Asian Grill and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
As a regular customer at other BIBIBOP locations, this was the first time we were charged extra for a bowl that is usually prepared the same way without additional cost. To be honest the extra cost wasn't the problem. What made the situation worse was that the employee prepared the bowl without mentioning any upcharge, and only brought it up at the register.
To add to the frustration, his comment — “I’m not giving away free food” — came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. The overall attitude and lack of clear communication made the experience unpleasant.
We’ve always enjoyed BIBIBOP, but this level of customer service was definitely below expectations.

Food is never fresh, employees are so rude, there was a promotion of a buy one get one that someone told me about, and I went up there to redeem it, got all the way to the end of the line and realized the requirement was that you wear an orange shirt, I had orange on my outfit, not good enough for them, when I asked them if they could make an excerption since I already had the food prepared, they were overtly rude and condescendingly pointed to the sign about an orange shirt, rather than serve me when I come to many of the location so often. Instead they threw the food away and didn’t let me pay for it, as a business owner I probably would’ve taken the $12 I was offering instead of throwing it in the garbage. But that’s what happens when you have employees that will never own the business, they don’t quite understand The big picture or the bottom line of taking customers money. Won’t return to this location.
Whoever is in charge of making online orders does not pay much attention to detail or make any much sense. I have ordered from this location a dozen times. We order 2 bowls with 2 sauces each bowl and always get 1 of the 4 packets of sauce, and for 2 bowls of food, and always get 1 fork. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to order online, and each and every time without fail, have had the same problem.

Food is often not to proper temp and salmon was tough and tasteless. I've been here three times and all three times were a disappointment. Will not return.
