  I can’t rate the food because I never had a chance to order any! After walking in the completely dilapidated entrance - peeling wallpaper, filthy counters, floors, etc. - I stood at the counter and was looked at several times and ignored by the extremely loud woman who was more concerned with filling door dash orders and chatting with the pick up guys about their orders. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before I turned to leave AND THEN she wanted to actually acknowledge people were standing there. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Shut it down for awhile and clean and update the place. While doing so - maybe hire some more employees?

  This location is blessed to have the best general manager that I've ever seen in any establishment. She stays calm. She's hilarious. And also has patience. I would love to have a boss like her. Her name Vickylynn

  What happened to Arby’s? The food and inside seating was great years ago. Now, they leave the outside lights off in the evening to make people think they are closed at 5:30PM! I believe the staff try to do less work by making customers think they are closed. The food is not good at all. I just can’t go to Arby’s any longer. It is not just the Mentor location, it is all locations! Who is overseeing the pathetic food and service at Arby’s? They should just close all stores for good because it is obvious owners/managers just don’t care. The inside dining is non-existent. They lock the doors so no one can eat inside! Covid is no excuse now. Seems no one wants to clean the dining room. They should take lessons from Chick-Fil-A on good food and inside dining with great customer service. Just look at how Chick-Fil-A is always busy…they do it right and care!

  Ordered 3 jamocha shakes. Got .5 janocha shakes and 2.5 vanilla shakes with no explantion.

  Arrr, Arby’s be a fine port for any pirate seekin’ a hearty and savory feast! The roast beef sandwiches be piled high like treasure in the hold, the curly fries be crisp and golden as doubloons in the sun, and the sauces be bold enough to shiver a scallywag’s timbers. The crew be quick and friendly, servin’ yer meal hot and ready so ye can set sail again without delay. A solid stop for flavor and fillin’ fare! Five parrots out of five! 🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜 — From the strangest reviewer in the seas, always returnin’ for another bounty of meaty treasure!
