Used to love this place, but I can’t come here anymore. This last experience was the final straw. I placed my order at 4 p.m. for a 7 p.m. pickup, and it wasn’t ready until 7:45 p.m., which made me an hour late bringing food to a large party.
• At 7:00 I arrived and checked in at the register.
• At 7:15 I checked in again and asked for an ETA.
• At 7:30 they finally marked me as present in the restaurant.
• At 7:45 I received my food cold and with missing items.
This also wasn’t the first time they’ve missed items. If you order an extra sauce cup, don’t expect to see it in the bag. At this point they probably owe me over $20 in missing ranch/blue cheese cups I paid extra for over the past year. After having a crowd of people waiting until 8:30–9:00 p.m. to eat, and then having to reheat my takeout on top of that, I can’t justify giving this place any more business.

Women's restroom is insanely hot, makes you feel ill being in there. The door handle is nasty greasy on both inside and outside. This all being said if the restroom isn't clean watch out for kitchen. If the door handle is this bad when leaving you are recontaminating your hand. I will not eat here. This is beyond acceptable; the insane temperature and nasty grimey door handle.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My family always go to the painesville and mayfield locations and we always love it but this location seems like they don't even receive the same chicken. All of our chicken tenders were sooooooo nasty we all took one bite and threw the chicken away it was that gross. They were slimey and there were bones or hard muscle throughout alot of them. It was so sick and actually makes me want to stay away from wingstop even though the other locations are great. Whoever is managing this place needs to check their chicken or watch how the employees are cooking them.

Wings are good order wings extra well done, and saucy. Was very disappointed though that the French fries changed! I was craving wings too fries to be sadly disappointed when I got Wendy fries and not wingstop! Bummed out!
