Used a coupon for cheaper cost, but same yummy food. Definitely recommend this place -- but use coupons!

First and last time getting sandwiches from here. Both of our sandwiches arrived with scarce, incorrect toppings, our bag of chips weren’t even in the bag, and the bread was NOT baked. It was evident the bread they used was taken from the freezer straight to a warmer or left on the counter to thaw. I had called the restaurant to attempt to rectify the errors and was given a huge attitude from the person on the phone and was told they couldn’t help since the order was from a delivery service before being hung up on. We didn’t even eat our meals due to the sandwiches being inedible with unbaked bread. We never get Subway but wanted something cheap and quick, guess that explains everything. Absolutely disgusting.

Andrews Rd location, never a good sign when there are flies flying around the food and the whole counter of meats and toppings look like they been sitting there for a week rotting away. Employees are more concerned about goofing off with each other than actually doing their job. Always chaotic behind the counter no direction or training going on. And finally, how are you always out of items?? When you don't have bread that's a problem for a sub shop don't you think?

This location feels like it is never clean, with stuff all over the floor. The lettuce is a coin flip each time, either green and fresh or brown and disgusting. I was charged a tip when I did not make a selection for one, and customer service has made absolutely no effort to contact me to get it refunded. The sandwich makers aren't terrible, and the restaurant is actually quite nice on the off chance that someone has swept the floor in the last three days, but those wins for this location are too few and far between to make it worth it.

Every visit i order the "kids meals" for my 2 kids, and nearly every visit the employees ring up the sides and drinks in addition to the meals. The young kids working the register can never seem to understand what I mean when I ask if the drinks and sides are included, or separate. So a $5.69 kids meal ends up more than $9. Training must be very lacking. Probably won't go back there any more!
