  Huge shout to this location on Easter Sunday! We had a group of 23 come in around 12:30. The gentleman that waited on our entire group did an amazing job. He stayed on top of drink refills, our orders were correct, and he was overall a great server. This location never disappoints!

  Despite being short staffed, Candace was great! She basically ran the entire place. We ordered wings, and since they're known for wings, we were not disappointed. It was not noisy and is really a hidden gem in Medina.

  Ordered buckeye wings and they were completely raw and I have pictures to prove it I’m not happy at all then I called to talk to a manager and they put me on hold for five to Allmost ten minutes so I had my wife call and they finally got me to a higher manager and he told my wife that they would call back in a couple minutes and it’s been over a hour so I’ll make sure to let everybody I know not to come to this store ever again thank you
