  I hate having to be petty over something so small but this is the second time this has happened now. I request it be cut in half so I can share the sandwich with someone. The receipt itself says cut 1/2 and low and behold, it's not cut in half. Why offer to have it cut in half and then not follow through with the order. Again, I hate to be petty and leave a bad review but it's multiple times this has happened now and it's extremely annoying that it says right here on the receipt and it's still not done correctly.

  This is not your typical Jimmy John's. This is by far and away the cleanest and most well-maintained Jimmy John's I have seen anywhere in the country. The employees take service to the next level and go out of their way to be accommodating and polite and friendly. Unfortunately since covid service has taken a nosedive and is very difficult to find. Not so here. From the managers to all of the employees you will feel a sense of welcome and a genuine desire to meet the needs of their customers. Cannot more highly recommend. The food is great and the service is truly exceptional.

  So this is apparently what they're satisfied to send you when you doordash a $20.00 chicken bacon ranch sub from Jimmy John's in Medina.... I knew before I even unwrapped it I was in for a horrible ride because it was SODDEN with liquified ranch and water (guessing from undrained lettuce??) And the bread was mush on the bottom and nearly burnt on top. The chicken was in the TINIEST of shreds, like tuna. I had ONE actual small chunk of chicken (shown) and one pathetic half strip of bacon. The gallons of liquified ranch made it inedible, I wasn't able to take a single bite. It was like they used half water, half ranch. They should call it the RancH2O. So I essentially lit a $20 bill on fire by ordering from Jimmy John's, and I will NEVER be ordering here again. Inexcusable, disgusting service. Worst. Sub. Experience. In. Years.

  Very unprofessional and rude some lady walked in and said she was just gonna sit there and watch her coworker work until six then repeated to cuss and use foul language in front of me as a customer. If this person still has a job after acting this way, I refuse to dine here.
