  Do not support this business they don’t appreciate paying customers I place an order at 5:39 Super Bowl Sunday the site said it would be ready at 6:15 I get there at 6:20 they tell me they don’t have an order in my name I show them the email confirmation and they tell me the order didn’t come in until 6:18 and it was going to be awhile I waited for a lil while then asked if they had an idea how much longer it would be they said they didn’t know waited a lil longer realized it was a loss cause asked for a refund the manager who was very rude I think her name was Sarah told me I could get a refund but she couldn’t give me any type of receipt for confirmation I was getting a refund she was very rude anytime I tried to speak to her never acted like she cared about my time being wasted don’t offer me a discount a drink nothing just attitude I also asked for her manager or supervisor name and contact she refused to give it to me it’s now Thursday I still haven’t got my refund or any type of confirmation I’m getting a refund I will never shop here again and you shouldn’t either the customer is always right and she shouldn’t take her being mad she works at wingstop out on a paying customer they ruined my Super Bowl Sunday highly disappointed and I want my money back

  Food is usually good and hot with the exception of sometimes getting wings or strips that hardly qualify considering how expensive it is. for example you get 6 strips, maybe 2 of them are small enough to combined equal 1. However thats less common especially if you get boneless wings, my major issue is simply the amount of time it takes, often times when you order pickup will be 30-35 minutes when it's slower, and your order still won't be done until 50 minutes so you end up sitting around for 10 er 15 minutes even if you show up at the longest expected wait time. I'm not really picky about dine in as i don't usually eat in or care, but to add credibility to other reviews, it is usually pretty dirty or employee's are sitting around tables mid shift chatting with friends. The only really gross part is the pop machine area can get quiet nasty, other than that it's only really some straws on the floor etc. So basically for food quality (assuming you don't get jipped on what's considered a "strip" ) i give it a 4/5, it's quiet good and always hot, simply the wait time is long, very long.

  Came in and ordered to-go. Got the tender combo. The staff was very friendly. They made my food fresh and made it right. I would definitely recommend this WingStop.

  First time and Was not impressed at all. Wings overcooked and dry! Staff was rude and NOT helpful. Well not be going back!!!!!

  Food wings late for pickup by 14 minutes, undercooked wings, cold sandwich due to wait on wings, fries ok, no ice for soda, co2 needed soda is very flat, worker wearing black fuzzy slippers/sliders, tried to leave company feedback, need receipt info, was not given a receipt, when i called to request refund, was told i should have requested a receipt as not automatically provided w online orders, was told found my order and would have district mgr contact me for refund..i threw all food n drink away except for fries...horrible experience medina ohio wingstop....follow up...they responded via google review want to take care of me...still nothing after i emailed them....not surprised...poor culture leads to poor experience which leads to out of business. Been week and half, email sent....nothing yet...what a joke
