After I arrived, the lady told me they didn't have my order because they sold the items to someone else. I said fine then give me a refund. She said because I ordered on the app they couldn't do that. I said I paid for breakfast and if you're not going to give me a refund then you're going to go find equal value items for my breakfast. She tried to pawn off a bagel for a $20 order. I said no you need to find a comparable breakfast. At the end of the day she gave me a cold croissant with egg and cheese on it, stale and inedible scone, and over-microwaved and inedible one of the two souffles I ordered. For $20. After making me wait for 10 minutes at the window. Then what she did give me was barely warm. Never again.

Paying almost $15 for a salad that had completely frozen chicken on top with ice on it is unacceptable and disgusting. The pieces of chicken didn’t even want to pull apart because it was still frozen. Called to get a refund of the uneditable salad and they told me to come back and have them remake it or put my name on the list to get a free salad. I headed to work so it wasn’t an option, nor will I go back. They told me there was no option to refund, which is insane as everyone else can process refunds.. they’re just stealing peoples money. Go literally anywhere else and get your moneys worth.
