  Waited over 15 minutes for a single drink with only one customer in line ahead of me before I left the line without my order. This location is a joke

  Walked in about 5:45 no one inside. Husband and I ordered just donuts and was waiting for over 20 minutes. Keep in mind there were 3 people working. One gal was just opening the taps on the he lemon aid and other drinks. 2 people were in the drive through. The one girl who was clear the drink containers by pouring out he liquid didn't acknowledge us. I could see if they were packed, but this wasn't the case .

  I usually dont leave reviews but this specific dunkin is AWFUL! My wife went in for a coffee and a bagle, THATS IT, and they messed up the order twice. She was in the drive through so the 3rd time she went inside to get it fixed and the person behind the counter had the gull to say "the attitude is crazy". Also MORE than half the time they just simply will not mix your drink or will burn anything uou order to a crisp. Do not give this dunkin your business.

  Worst fast food experience I’ve literally ever had. Nobody else in line in front or behind me, took 20 min to make a small iced drink and it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I know Dunkin’s are hit or miss but this is the worst one I’ve seen by far. Employees disappeared for about ten minutes while I waited at window. No resolution or explanation just really odd.

  It’s a great place to go to get the wrong order, from a menu that a season behind schedule, delayed, with poor customer service from the employees that work there. Inside or in the drive through, no welcome, no hello, just what do you want. Be prepared to wait an unreasonable amount of time while they stand around and then be told “we’re out of that” with an attitude that you’re interrupting their social time. This has been my experience over several visits, the latest being my last.
