Not cold, 100% like out of the freezer onto the sandwich lol. It was the only thing I got since I know this location never has any donuts after the breakfast rush so I'd give zero stars for food if I could. The girl at the counter with the long braids was super nice and polite but she is also the one that made my sandwich so ?

No there not and no it doesn't if you know how to make them correctly, well she made the order again burning them. Maybe you need more training girls because if it's too cold then you remake them and now there too hot. Maybe you should put the temperature somewhere on the middle, it's only common sense and I don't even work there. I am so sick of dealing with stupid and Rude. Im in a customer service job and by far the girl at the window today 08/20/25 at 12:40pm should be trained on how to speak to customers because without customers you wouldn't have a job lady !

All I get is flavored sewage water for an iced coffee and nothing I’ve tried has fixed the wildly disgustingly inconsistent drink I receive every single time. Keep in mind, I only ever order one coffee with 4 creams, 1 sugar, 2 brown sugar syrup, and 1 cookie dough syrup. That’s the only drink I ever order and it seems to me like they don’t even read the screen when they make their coffee here. No one in there seems to care about quality especially not the management. There is no quality control. My drink tastes a different kind of disgusting every time I get it.
