When I arrived at the store I stood at the Mobile Order Pick Up sign for approximately 20 minutes and was flat out ignored. Even though the staff looked at me and handed out orders next to where I was standing no one would say a word to me. After about 20 minutes I moved to the regular order line and finally someone came up and asked if they could help me. I stated that I was picking up a mobile order and that was why I was standing by that sign. The young lady who spoke to me then spoke to an older gentleman who I guess was the manager. He was asking my name went and looked some, then came back and asked me what I ordered. He then went back to the kitchen and looked some more and yelled "Is there an order for McNeil back here!" So either they didn't prepare the order or lost it. No apologies, no nothing. After about another 10 minutes I was so frustrated that I just left. So I received horrible service, didn't get my food, and I'm out almost $23. I won't go there again.
