- NHNikki HomaFeb 25, 20263.0**This review is for general feedback to improve as this is a new store** It’s chipotle, we all love chipotle, and if you don’t you are weird. This store has great potential, staff was friendly and efficient. The food quality was extremely off on 2-25-26 at around 6pm which is dinner time for most. Which I assume is typically a rush time. The rice was extremely salty, the chips were very stale and soft, and had a taste of so much lime. The steak had so many hard chewy pieces and lacked the juicy quality it is suppose to have. Overall the entire bowl was very salty and hard to eat. I suggest a little bit more training for your cooks.

We usually go to Chipotle once or twice a week at other Medina locations and decided to see for ourselves. We were both glad we did! We went in to get our orders to go. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We both had bowls that were filled with what we ordered, more so than what we experienced at the other locations and like they should be - filled up! Anyway, we were both very pleasantly surprised and had an overall great experience. We’ll be going back!
