- JIJames Russell III6 days ago5.0So I decided to stop in and try the protein cup. It’s supposed to come with 4 oz of chicken and 36 g of protein. Honestly, I just wanted to see if Chipotle was shorting the portions. I ordered two bowls, took them home, and put them on the scale. Credit where it’s due ...instead of 8 oz total, I got 9 oz of chicken. It might sound petty, but I like getting exactly what I pay for. If it had been under 8 oz, I would’ve left a review. Since it was over, here’s that review instead. I placed the order online in the parking lot and it was ready immediately Great job, Chipotle.

I was instantly greeted and for the first time ever at any chipotle when I asked for extra white rice I got tons of it. The portion size I got of meat and topping was 50% bigger than I’m used to at other chipotle’s. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this location!

It was a grand opening and when we came in and started our order we got no nice greeting, smile or anything. something you would definitely expect on the first day of opening a new business. Had to keep asking to get more put on our meals as in literally was given a half scoop of chicken and rice and a pinch of cheese. Then Go home and eat the food and it just is dry and doesn’t taste quite right not like the other locations in the area. I will say it was very clean in there and the workers were doing great cleaning up things all around the store. Not a great first experience. We will give it another shot but like seriously the first day should be amazing.
