The worker started telling me to scream my order when i was 5 feet away from the counter. She was heavily rude and her attitude towards me was disrespectful. I asked if I could have extra steak and she rudely said, “we don’t have anymore.” and processed to walk away from me. I had enough of her attitude and went to leave and she kept shouting and being disrespectful. Last time I ordered my food was cold and disgusting. Managers need to step up and do something about this, it’s getting ridiculous.

I waited over 15 minutes and the dining room was not busy plus three more people waiting for on-line orders. I could see through the door window that nobody was doing on-line orders. One manager (female) was washing dishes the other manager (male) was shredding cheese. I asked an employee if he could check on how much longer on the Doordash order because I had another order in my car and didn't want it to get cold. He came back and said its in progress, again I was watching through the door and both kept doing dishes and shredding cheese and no one doing on-line orders. The female manager saw me and said "It wasn't her problem..." Customers orders come first so I had to unassign the Doordash order because it was to long at waiting. This seems to be an issue here of not prioritizing customers orders first. Very unprofessional by saying, "Its not my problem..." Sorry, but it kind of is because you chose to be employed here.
