    Ordered Togo. Same burrito order different outcomes also forgot lettuce. I submitted feedback on the survey Nov 26. still haven’t heard back. Shitty service can’t trust Togo ordering and clearly management doesn’t care. 12/4 Update: Chipotle replied to review asking me to resubmit what I already submitted on Nov 26.

    One of the guys there was clearly just pissed off the entire time thriugh mine and my girlfriends order he messed up an entire bowl trying to go to fast without actually listening to what we ask for everything he was doing was launching something across the counter because he was being aggressive and 3 things we ordered didn’t even make it into the bag due to him having to remake them incorrectly and then still couldn’t even remember to put it with our order I wish I got the name cause he deserves to be fired not one apology either

    Most of the staff was nice, but upon asking for meal the lady serving my friend and I was disrespectful towards us and proceeded to use a negative tone and give us dirty looks.

    So...I just went in there and ordered 3 burritos. First let me say all the staff was working, like the people in the back of the kitchen area were cleaning, there was a young lady cleaning the online order make table. The young man who helped me was very nice, he confirmed my choices a few times which was reassuring. After getting done with other prep a different young man came to help the lady after me with her order. They found more spicy red. Hey and then I found out Chipotle has turmeric lemonade...which btw was delicious. Anyway. Im just visiting so I can't go here again but this was a chance encounter with an outstanding staff. Thank you all very much.
