    Don't do a to go order and expect to be picking it up on the time.That it says it'll be ready.It's took thirty minutes for them to get ours ready.

    This is the worst buffalo wild wings location I have ever been too. The food is old they refry the wings in old grease. The wait times are ridiculous at this location. The parking lot is full of trash and the management needs to be fired. I do not recommend anyone to go to this buffalo wild wings.

    Horrible takeaway area. There is no one to check-in to pick up the food to see if your order is there. The line is always long. Food is never ready when app says it should be. Aweful.

    We got seated by a waitress because there was no host. Once we were seated we waited 1.5 hrs to get our food. We try to be understanding as we know there are staffing shortages, but nobody ever came back to get us fresh drinks. I had to personally go back into the cubby to refill my families drinks after we had requested refills. I also had to go up to the bar to get us straws and silverware. Probably worst service I have ever had. Only thing that was quick was getting our check b/c they probably just wanted to get us out. No apology or explanation for why the service was awful.
