  We came here on a Thursday night and was seated immediately. That was the first red flag. Drinks took a long time. Fried pickles we ate with our fingers because they were waiting for silver ware to be cleaned. They brought out our chicken but the burger didn't come out. The fries tasted freezer burnt and the chicken was thrown back in the fryer after it sat there for who knows how long. Trying to get the waitress to cancel our burger order but can't find her. She finally showed up with the burger 30 minutes after we got our chicken. I don't know how many times the waitress gave us an excuse.

  For some reason, this place is just unbelievably slow. I've been here three times in the past year, and even though less people are obviously taking a chance with it, it's still just as slow. Even on a BOGO Thursday people know not to come here.

  We stopped at this BW3 couple weeks ago. After bad experience couple years ago we thought we'd give it another try. We sat at the bar since they were clearly short staffed and didn't want to wait in line for a table. Just ordered wings, a burger and fries. After waiting and hour the food was not hot, barely warm. So disappointed again. I felt sorry for the young woman working the bar, she was by herself and busy getting drinks for the tables and working the bar. Definitely won't go back to this location, next time we'll try another restaurant in the area.

  We used to come here regularly. Tonight will be the last time we try it. The last 3 times we have been we’ve had horrible service, slow service, and cold food. Tonight our appetizers came out before our drinks. My food and my kids came out before my husbands. They finally brought out his food and it was wrong. Never checked on after food delivered. We ran out of drinks and the server was no where to be found. We came at about 5:30 and it was a ghost town. It was us and about 6 other tables (less than 5 people per table) and 4 people at the bar. Check was rang up wrong. Nothing was comped for the slow food and cold food. Just a sorry for the delay. Our toddlers fries were so hard he couldn’t even eat them. I don’t see this location lasting much longer.

  Food came out after about an hour and a half of us waiting and it was empty when we walked in, maybe one other family was there at the time. Orders came out incorrect and cold. We went to pay and even our bill was incorrect with wrong orders on it. Spent over 2 hours for 4 people ordering simple orders. Chicken was rock solid and cold to the touch. Wrong food all together for other orders and was not even remotely warm. Overall very bad experience.
