    Very disappointed in the Median DQ. This review is from years of visiting this DQ and the Brunswick DQ. Median DQ skimps big time on their toppings. Even when we pay for extra toppings it’s always the tiniest amount. Have had to go back in countless times to have them remake a blizzard. Have even talked to the owner about it and nothing changes. I highly recommend the Brunswick one over Medina. Brunswick makes the best blizzards every time!

    Fast food, treats and smiles !! Yeah great food, freshly made. Desserts we already know about! Very clean, organized and friendly staff. Specialty Cakes are always made perfectly. Keep up the GREAT WORK !!! PS LOVE THE DECORATIONS FOR SEASONAL YEARLY OCCASIONS!!!

    I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. The service was disorganized, the food quality was below average, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. What really bothered me, though, was how some of the younger employees were being spoken to — it came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. No workplace should make teen workers feel stressed or talked down to like that. Maybe someone should actually look into how management is treating their younger staff, because it didn’t seem right. Between the food and the way employees were handled, I definitely won’t be coming back.
