  This probably the worst chipotle service I have ever had in my life. Take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the next closest one.

  Very well-trained and courteous staff. I have been very pleased with the kindness and personableness I have seen from the employees I have been served by on my lunch shifts. Their portions are always well-sized and fair, and they take the time to smile, ask how I'm doing, and tolerate my small talk. The interior is kept reasonably clean, especially the bathrooms, and makes for a more comfortable eating experience than I have seen at several other chipotles. Kudos to the staffers for keeping such a tidy and pleasant team.

  Accidentally ordered at the Brunswick location online and then they give me a free order once I explain the situation the manger was chase and was very cool

  Ordered quesadilla for pickup. Half the quesadilla is literally empty, the other half has all the ingredients. Second time this has happened. The issue must be obvious when slicing, as half the quesadilla is 4 times as thick and leaking cheese. Awful service/staff. Won't be back

  Firstly got so sick off of my bowl last night. Decided to get steak and barbacoa and was having the worse stomach cramps ever where I threw it away. Last night and today I’m super sick. Wish I would have never ate this. Never going back to this location because they obviously don’t care enough about their customers to not give them food poisoning. Also, I don’t care because a lot when in the trash but don’t skimp on your proteins…especially when we pay extra for it. It was a very disappointing bowl all the way around!
