  This grocery store smells terrible. Second time in here and I want to throw up. Smells like burnt fried chicken. Like why is it so overpowering ???? The smell is disgusting enough to make me not want to return

  Store is close and convenient which is great. Cannot rate it high because of some of our experiences we had. Pricing is pretty high, making it more worth the drive to the north end of medina instead. Selection is pretty much the basics, and big name brands. We've also had multiple occasions of spoiled meat that was packaged the same day we purchased it, and same day we went to use it. I exchanged for another pack and the same thing occured. Spoiled meat beyond the surface. I've also bought a pack of fresh buns that had multiple weeks til expiration but I went to use them and all the buns were hard on the inside. Might be a storewide storage or operation processes that could be affecting the freshness of their items. Not sure if things are being repacked and restickered. Likely going to be doing our weekly shopping elsewhere due to the inconveniences we've had. Staff is nice. Ill bump it to 2 stars.

  The produce manager, Jerry, went over and beyond in helping and answering questions for me and another shopper. The cashier, Sue, was very helpful and friendly.
