  The food is good the service is good, But thr fact that we paid extra for things and didnt receive them then they wanted to take the food back and put the tomatos on it and give it back. thats breaking protocol and if they do that what else do they do.

  This location regularly forgets my condiments/sauces even when ive payed extra to add them to the order. Once i saw an employee spill a full medium lemonade in the lobby and they literally put a wet sign up and left the entire dangerous mess, on the floor, for the entire 20 minutes we were inside eating. You couldn't even walk around it because it was the whole walkway. Then my next visit, the toilet seat had a 5 inch smear of what you could tell was very dried feces. McDonald's needs to staff appropriately or get rid of metrics because important things aren't getting done outside of the drive through traffic

  Every time we order the food it's wrong. When it was cheaper it wasn't a big deal, but now that they're charging restaurant prices you'd think they can at least give you what you pay for. Ordered a toddler toy (under 3) for my daughter which turned into an over 3 kid toy (cards). This has happened twice. Ordered sauce which wasn't there. A 4pc chicken nuggets had 3 in it, and on top of that the double quarter pounder I ordered had one patty not two. When it's wrong it's really wrong.
