    I had a phenomenal experience for my first time trying Wingstop wings. My friend told me about the new Citrus Mojo sauce. I stopped in as a late night craving. Even though they were busy with doordash orders and other online orders, the two gentlemen making the wings were attentive and prompt and courteous as soon as I walk in. They let me try the flavor of the sauce with some fries. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. The new employee, Javier, and I apologize if I spelled it incorrectly, demonstrated his amazing work ethic and his interaction with the customers was friendly and professional. The other gentlemen making the wings and who took my order was just as polite and professional even though they were busy. I will definitely be going back to this location again. I just wanted to share my experience because as a new customer they did an A+ job. Oh and I also appreciate it the way that they handled the food and were very careful about checking the other orders that were going out and also the way that they secured the the food in the containers and in the bags.

    I made a 150 dollar order for a party and messed up every wing and sauces and didn't even give me whay I order and have yet to be contacted or refund the worse place do not I repeat do not big order the staff is so rude amd worthless its unreal that they even have a job or this place stay open corporate has yet to reach out either

    Decided to try this location on 03/14/2026, huge mistake on my part! 1) I arrive at the counter, and the lady stares at me like why am I there, duh for wings, she seems to not understand my super complicated order 10 garlic parm wings, she asked me 3 times what I need, that should have been my clue to leave. 2) I order at 8:01pm ,people that ordered after me received their food and exited I ask the clueless lady what is the deal, where is my food? (During my long wait I hear the phone ring there for 10 minutes before someone finally answer ) now It is 8:31pm, she tells me with a straight face, they must have mobile ordered, okay I say if that is true why are they paying at the register, no answer from her. Okay anyway how long for my food? no answer again, 2 minutes later here is my order. I get home and try the wings they are the worst wings I have ever had in my life, how can they be dry, rubbery and undercooked. This place is horrible, terrible customer service and bad food. I say fire the crew from that night and start over, I would rather deal with AI.

    This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a wing store. I placed my order and was told it would take 20 minutes. After waiting nearly an hour, my order still wasn’t ready. There was no sense of urgency, no updates, and no apology for the delay. What made it even more frustrating was that the staff were not even focused on preparing orders. Instead of working efficiently, they were talking and playing around with each other while customers were left waiting. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service or people’s time. If you value your time, I would not recommend this place. Extremely slow service, unprofessional behavior, and very poor management. Definitely not coming back.
